Kirsten Caywood is a certified personal trainer, health coach and Kettlebell instructor since 2008. As a Licensed Practical Nurse for more than 10 years, Kirsten learned about the human body and fell in love with the idea that, when taken care of properly, the body can and will heal itself. It wasn’t until after the birth of her first and only child in 2002 that she realized how important health, wellness, fitness and movement had become to her and she wanted to share it with everyone she knew! That is when the shift from nursing into health coaching began. Kirsten’s approach to coaching is fun, energetic and full of love and laughter. When Kirsten is not coaching, she loves spending time with her 15-year old son Jacob, her partner of 5 years Lambert, and their two pups, Baby and Gus.
