Daily Intention Setting

Use this on an ongoing basis to keep your conscious and subconscious aligned and moving in the direction of your desired intentions and goals. Once you insert your goal into the document, it is suggested to read it aloud once per day initially (for the first 30 days) and thereafter weekly or more frequently.
