In addition to being present in the main ballroom during sessions, below are the times we have scheduled meetings:
Ambassador Meeting - Thursday, the 11th at 4:30 to 5:00 pm - Vista Ballroom
Newcomers Breakfast - Friday, the 12th from 8:30 to 9:30 am - Vista Ballroom

Ambassador Meeting - Friday, the 12th at 6:45 pm to 7:15 pm - Vista Ballroom
