The majority of the activities will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with Friday evening being a casual and relaxed way for us to get to know each other

Retreat Activities:
April 25th & 26th (generally 9 am to 9 pm)
(Opportunities for early morning yoga, stretching, swimming ... there's lots of space at this beautiful estate home)
Registration Includes:
Lodging and all meals for the duration of the retreat. We are having the weekend meals catered ... it's going to be AMAZING!
