Guest Pat Rogers

The thing about white privilege is that white people don’t see it.  “White privilege” doesn’t mean your life hasn’t been hard, it simply means that your skin color isn’t one of the things making it harder.
This series is meant to share experiences of real people who have experienced racism and still experience it. The goal is to shine a light so that we ALL see it and take actionable steps to do something about it.

International speaker, best-selling author & business development strategist, Patricia Rogers focuses on educating start-up entrepreneurs with “How to Transition from Corporate America to Entrepreneur,” empowering individuals with the 9 steps to build a firm foundation. She prides herself on working with entrepreneurs who want control of their own lives and who have the desire to achieve massive success as a productive entrepreneur.

A retired correctional lieutenant with Miami-Dade County Corrections after 29 years of service, Patricia lives her mission as a successful entrepreneur herself. She is the recipient of the Social Business Icon Award, Jean Lynch Lifetime Achiever award and the Unite for Humanity award at the 4th Annual Gala Celebration in Beverly Hills, hosted by Powerteam International USA’s founder, Bill Walsh, and gracing the stage with Paula Abdul, Kevin Harrington, and Amber Heard among others.

She’s been featured in Unite4Humanity Magazine, Woman on Fire Magazine, and on numerous radio shows and podcasts.
