The thing about white privilege is that white people don’t see it.  “White privilege” doesn’t mean your life hasn’t been hard, it simply means that your skin color isn’t one of the things making it harder.
This series is meant to share experiences of real people who have experienced racism and still experience it. The goal is to shine a light so that we ALL see it and take actionable steps to do something about it.

Regina L. Ross is a woman who has a passion for helping people discover and authentically express their God-given potential in a way that creates purpose, value & fulfillment. 

During her 25+ corporate career, Regina has championed several diversity and inclusion initiatives for multiple large-scale organizations where she has served in a variety of roles ranging from Engineering Manager to Human Resources Director with experience in Transportation and Operations Leadership. 

Regina leverages her versatile background along with her professional training and certifications in Executive Coaching, Change Management, Human Resources and Lean Operations to help leaders and organizations successfully navigate change.
