  •  Put something RED around your room.  Symbol of prosperity, energy to open up base chakra
  • Walk on the physical earth (not floor, tile or carpet) – soil, sand, earth.  Do the 4-4-4 breath, repeat 5 times (should take about 2 minutes).  As you do so, think about your base chakra area (coccyx)
  • Smell with your feet (or elbows)

  • Continue giving your body gifts.  This 2nd week opened up the second portal (second chakra) dealing with emotions, creativity and change.
  • Be kind to yourself.  Do something that just feels good to you and makes you happy
  • Do the homework listed on the worksheet – changing your routine for 1 day.  This opens up the unconscious mind and allows for more creativity.
  • Take a look at your answer to #4 “What really is most important to you?” Then look at your goals.  Take just 1 action step per day in the area of what’s most important to you.

  • Breathing correctly is this week’s main task. Do ten (10) 4-4-4-4 Breaths per day – remember breathe in for your own good, and exhale for the good of others

  •  Consider the emotion impact your work (service) has on the world and the people you impact.  It is the emotional connection to what you do i.e. the “Why” that creates loyalty to you.
