    We've all heard that the way to make more sales is to LISTEN, but it's not just plain listening that will cause people to ask how they can work with you, it's the ART of listening for the cues and clues that reveal what's really going on in their lives that you can make a difference in. You'll get clear and confident in knowing what your prospects true desires are, what they're saying and what they're afraid to tell you so that you can confidently position yourself as their solution and they happily pay you what you're worth.

Note: The key to success in the heart-centered, impact-focused (NON-SALESY) sales process is to know as much about your ideal clients BEFORE you ever have a conversation with them. This gives you the ability to flow in the conversation, be responsive to what they say and have a clear direction on how to ask questions and deliver value.

Your success in sales is a direct reflection of your ability to build connection, rapport and relationships with people.

    ESSENTIAL PREP WORK

    I've recently updated the Ideal Demographic Worksheet Process and you are going to LOVE THIS. For your success, do these 2 modules as soon as possible. Remember ... even if you've done this before (even earlier this year) your clients are likely thinking and feeling differently now. As a result, the way you build rapport and identify their needs may have shifted (although the solutions you provide are the same, the way you talk about them will be different).

Note: This replaces the previous Ideal Demographic Worksheet ... you're going to love how clear and easy it is to really get to know your ideal clients so that you're speaking their language and asking the right questions!

Preparation for Session on April 1st

The focus for the April 1st session will be practicing Steps 1 through 8 (Asking for the Sale). To be effective in asking for the sale ... you need to be clear and confident in how you can help them including pricing.

Complete this worksheet (to the best of your ability) before the session on April 1st.

After practice asking for the sale, we will introduce the topic of Handling Concerns & Overcoming Objections.

    This session drills down into the different types of conversations you'll be having with people so that whether you're talking with a cold prospect, a warm one or a hot lead, you'll have the rhythm and flow that inspires them to want to work with you. We'll also cover conversations for strategic alliances, referrals and referral partners as well as how to get speaking engagements to share your expertise with groups.

    This week the focus is on PRACTICE - PRACTICE - PRACTICE! We'll be reviewing the ebb and flow of the scripts you've been delivered and take it to the next level with practice in putting together proposals, packages and pricing. Right after you share your pricing ... concerns and objections are likely to come up. Being prepared is key!

Preparation for April 15th

(1) Your practice round will take you through the entire sales process from "Hello" to Asking for the Sale, Handling Concerns, Asking for the Sale & Getting Paid!

Review your great questions to ask, offers and stories that relate to overcoming objections for fun and flow!

(2) After practice we will go over ways to scale and build a sales team (won't that be great!)
